The Lawt is seeking a talented Corporate Associate to join our team. As a Corporate Associate, you will be responsible for providing legal support to our clients in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, and complex commercial matters.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and review of corporate documents, including articles of incorporation, bylaws, and shareholder agreements.
  • Conduct research and analysis on corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and reorganizations.
  • Provide support to our clients in the negotiation and drafting of contracts and other agreements.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies for corporate clients.


Requirements:

  • JD from a top-tier law school.
  • Experience in the area of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law, particularly in the areas of acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, leveraged buy-outs, reorganizations, joint ventures, and general corporate and complex commercial matters.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
