About the Role

UCHealth (Colorado) is seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team in Highlands Ranch, Colorado.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Radiology Technologist to provide top-notch patient care and imaging services. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for performing various radiologic procedures, reviewing patient history, and prioritizing procedural patient education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform radiographic imaging procedures, including X-rays and other diagnostic tests
  • Review patient history and initiate imaging procedures based on physician orders
  • Prioritize procedural patient education to ensure mutual understanding and cooperation
  • Administer contrast media or associated imaging medications while monitoring patient condition
  • Respond to and report changes in patient condition as appropriate
  • Implement techniques to yield clarity in image, quality control, and equipment functionality based on established best practices in Radiology
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
  • Registered as a Radiologic Technologist (R) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
  • State licensure if required by law
