Job Title: Oral Surgeon

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oral Surgeon to join our team at Southcentral Foundation (SCF). As an Oral Surgeon, you will be responsible for providing a broad range of duties in the treatment of dental diseases.

Responsibilities:

* Provide expert care to patients with dental diseases
* Conduct a range of surgical procedures, including extractions, biopsies, and implant placements
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in oral surgery and dental medicine

Requirements:

* Graduation from an accredited dental school
* Licensed as a Dentist in the State of Alaska
* Current license for intermittent positions or Commissioned Corps
* Completion of an approved residency training program required for specialty dentistry positions
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
* ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO, and PALS certifications as required for specialty and any certification relating to the scope of practice

Jobs designated as a Health Care Personnel (HCP) position require that you have documentation that you have completed the following immunizations prior to your first day of employment: MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Influenza, T-dap, and COVID-19 vaccination is required.
