Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction
  • Accurately process high-volume customer transactions, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
  • Educate customers on innovative banking solutions, identifying opportunities to increase customer loyalty and share of wallet
  • Work collaboratively with branch staff and PNC ecosystem partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

What We Offer:

PNC is committed to providing a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements:

  • No degree required; comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to accurately process transactions and maintain attention to detail
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
