CEFCO Convenience Stores is now hiring Store Managers to join the team

As the Store Manager, you will:

Be responsible for all day-to-day operations of the store, including: Store profits, all controllable expenses (including labor, inventory levels and cash/inventory shortages), and shrinkage.Daily paperwork and computer entries.Becoming a merchandiser extraordinaire Shelves should be stocked and attractive, priced correctly, and displayed in a safe manner.

Other extremelyimportant responsibilities include:

Recruit, hire, and train all store personnel. Motivate, encourage, and challenge all employees. Provide coaching and development to prepare team members for future career opportunities. Ensure performance standards are maintained.

Here's what we're looking for:

2-3 years' management experience in a convenience store, retail store, or fast food/restaurant operation. (experience with budgets and P&Ls is a huge plus) Solid communication skills (written and verbal). Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Solid skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. A desire to build, lead, inspire, and grow a team of outstanding individuals.
