Job Summary

  • Managing desktop patching for Windows and third-party applications.
  • Establishing and maintaining patch schedules with proper testing protocols.
  • Installing and updating antivirus software on client machines.
  • Creating and managing operating system images.
  • Developing and deploying software packages for updates.
  • Implementing mobile device management solutions and policies.
  • Researching and deploying group policies for device management.
  • Coordinating with stakeholders to identify needs and deliver projects effectively.
  • Designing and implementing user and computer group policies.
  • Managing user accounts and security groups.
  • Implementing security measures for managed devices.
  • Tracking and resolving support tickets.
  • Providing assistance through various communication channels.
  • Traveling between facilities to support technology and users.
  • Configuring workflows for the ticketing system.
  • Offering on-site support for audio/video systems during events.
  • Installing and configuring hardware and peripherals.
Minimum Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in information technology, help desk support, or networking.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS
  • Valid driver's license or the ability to travel between work locations.
  • A background check will be conducted prior to hire.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Essential knowledge and skills include:
  • Proficiency in help desk software and its operations.
  • Network administration experience, particularly with Active Directory.

  • Technical writing capabilities.
