We are seeking dedicated professionals for the role of Nursing Care Coordinator. This position is essential in delivering exceptional nursing services and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Available Shifts- Weekends
- Tuesday - Saturday 3pm - 11pm
- Tuesday - Saturday 11pm - 7am
As a Nursing Care Coordinator, you will:
- Oversee nursing care and prioritize the safety and comfort of residents to enhance their quality of life.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with established nursing protocols.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident charts.
- Monitor residents closely, documenting any significant changes in their condition and notifying relevant parties.
- Measure vital signs to identify any deviations from normal health status.
- Communicate effectively with residents' families and healthcare providers regarding any changes in health or treatment plans.
- Adjust care plans and daily living activities based on residents' evolving needs.
Applicants should possess:
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- A minimum of one year of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting is preferred.
