Clinical Outcomes Specialist

Collabera is seeking a Clinical Outcomes Specialist to join our Patient-Centered Endpoints & Strategy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and validating clinical outcomes assessments (COAs) and patient-reported outcomes (PROs) for use in clinical trials and observational studies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate COAs and PROs for use in clinical trials and observational studies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate COAs and PROs into clinical trial and observational study designs
- Provide expertise on methodological approaches and technical aspects of COA/PRO development, validation, and interpretation
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and reimbursement organizations
Requirements:
- PhD in Health Services Research, Statistics, Psychometrics, Outcomes Research, or closely related field with 3+ years of relevant industry experience in the COA field
- Master's Degree in Health Services Research, Statistics, Psychometrics, Outcomes Research, or closely related field with 5+ years of relevant industry experience in the COA field
- Bachelor's degree in Health Services Research, Statistics, Psychometrics, Outcomes Research, or closely related field with 10+ years of relevant industry experience in the COA field
- Familiarity with COA/PRO requirements for regulatory and reimbursement agencies
- Strong project management and communication skills
