About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Services team at Providence St Vincent Medical Center. As a Charge RN, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring a safe and efficient surgical environment.
  • Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes and staff satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
  • Monitor and manage patient flow, ensuring timely and efficient care delivery.
  • Provide education and training to nursing staff on new procedures and technologies.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • RN license in state of hire and wherever care is provided upon hire.
  • 1 year nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.
