Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain a prominent and visible presence to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Monitor and regulate access points, ensuring that only authorized personnel enter restricted areas.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting visitors with directions, inquiries, and general support.
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the property to identify and deter any suspicious or unauthorized activities.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and alarms, adhering to established protocols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement, emergency services, and other security personnel as necessary.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and actions taken during shifts.
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, reflecting the values of our organization.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Security Officer, preferably in exterior patrol.
• Valid CT Security Guard License with at least 3 months before expiration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively.
• Demonstrated high-level customer service skills, including the capacity to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Ability to stand and patrol outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent observational and problem-solving skills to identify potential security risks and take appropriate actions.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, as well as lift and carry heavy objects when necessary.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Integrity, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility towards ensuring the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certifications or training in security or guest services will be advantageous.
