Job Title: Locksmith

We are seeking a skilled Locksmith to join our team at Region 6 Security Integration. As a Locksmith, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining locks, door closures, panic hardware systems, and electronic locking systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Install and anchor new equipment for security purposes.
  • Perform work in the repair and installation of hardware and software related to locking devices, digital locks, or keying systems, including electronic access control systems.
  • Provide knowledge and support to other team members and mentor locksmith trainees.
  • Operate a variety of equipment, tools, and machinery.
  • Maintain a variety of records and files, including comprehensive records of lock locations and records of work orders and inventories.
  • Provide assistance to other personnel as necessary and may lead other team members.
  • Operate a company vehicle to obtain parts and drive to job site locations to perform work.
  • Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
Requirements:
  • High School or equivalent certification from a college or technical school or completion of a trade school apprenticeship program.
  • Washington State Driver's License and proven good driving record.
  • Experience: 2+ years of Locksmith experience in a commercial, industrial, or facilities operations setting.
