Key Responsibilities:


DISH is seeking a meticulous Supply Chain Analyst to join our Retail Wireless Product team.

The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will formulate and implement our supply strategy, playing a crucial role in guaranteeing the consistent availability of devices for our advanced 5G network, prioritizing tasks, and executing strategies to mitigate stock shortages and excess inventory.


In this position, you will:
  • Conduct sophisticated planning tasks and collaborate with stakeholders to develop supply strategies for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
  • Leverage advanced supply chain management software to address operational discrepancies.
  • Oversee inventory levels, shipments, and restocking timelines to provide pertinent planning and forecasting insights.
  • Identify supply chain obstacles, determine underlying issues, and propose practical solutions.
  • Represent the supply chain framework through visual and data-centric models, working with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery.
  • Engage in new device integration, special initiatives, and advocate for the Collaborative Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) process.

Qualifications:
As a successful Senior Supply Chain Analyst, you will possess:

Education and Experience:
A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in advanced Excel functionalities for accurate data manipulation and insightful analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement.
Familiarity with supply and demand planning systems such as SAP, Kinaxis, o9, and Anaplan.
Effective communication skills for seamless interaction across all organizational levels.
Ability to convert data into actionable business strategies and a commitment to DISH's core values.
