Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the capability to motivate and engage team members.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, focused on fostering positive guest experiences.
  • Capacity to thrive in a high-energy environment, multitask, and prioritize effectively to meet objectives.
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation standards; ServSafe certification is a plus.
  • Competence with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
