Job Summary

This role is responsible for leading the Jayco recruiting process, sourcing top candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of successful recruiting techniques and be proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract candidates through various methods, including networking, social media, and job postings.
  • Collaborate with management to understand organizational structure and objectives to meet staffing needs.
  • Screen applicants, set interviews, and assist with hiring as requested, including leading hiring events.
  • Engage with local schools and professional groups to develop career awareness and potential candidate bases.
  • Lead New Hire Orientation meetings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-3 years of broad recruiting experience for both hourly and salaried positions.
  • Strong understanding of successful recruiting techniques and management of employer brand.
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS systems, and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
Work Environment
  • This position may require working in front of a computer monitor in an office setting approximately 75% of the day.
  • The position performs non-strenuous daily activities of an administrative nature.
  • This position is a full-time position, which may require some flexibility in hours & days worked (including Saturdays, as needed).
  • A valid driver's license is required. Some travel may occasionally be required for career fairs, hiring events, and networking.
