Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Sales Manager to join our team at Lumenis. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the aesthetic market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the aesthetic industry.
- Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Travel to trade shows, conferences, and customer sites to promote our products and build relationships.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience in the aesthetic industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving sales growth.
- Strong understanding of the aesthetic market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
