Position Overview:
The Customer Service Associate is tasked with delivering prompt and friendly service to patrons, while also ensuring a professional store environment to achieve complete customer satisfaction and uphold the high standards set by WKS Restaurant Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to inquiries and providing courteous assistance to customers
Accurately taking and fulfilling orders in a timely manner
Engaging in suggestive selling techniques with politeness
Processing payments and providing correct change
Evaluating product quality according to company standards
Preparing necessary ingredients for food processing (glazes, fillings, and icings using the correct formulas)
Restocking items to ensure freshness
Assisting with unloading delivery vehicles
Adhering to procedures and company standards as outlined in training materials
Answering phone calls promptly and utilizing company greeting protocols
Offering product samples to customers at management's discretion
Performing additional duties as assigned
Conducting sanitation tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment.
Including but not limited to:
Cleaning and mopping all required areas within the establishment.
Sanitizing and stocking restrooms
Cleaning and sanitizing tables and seating areas
Emptying trash receptacles both inside and outside
Ensuring the surrounding areas are kept tidy
Washing windows
Related Skills:
Cross-training in various operational tasks
Essential Skills and Experience:
Strong customer service skills are essential
Excellent communication abilities are required
Basic math skills to handle cash transactions are necessary
Basic literacy skills are required
Must successfully pass a drug screening and background check
Preferred Skills and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred

The employee is subject to indoor environmental conditions
Un-air conditioned areas may reach high temperatures for extended periods
Employee may be exposed to noise levels that require shouting to be heard.
