Job Description

We're seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our team as a Lead Practitioner. As a key member of our clinical team, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, including routine procedures, diagnoses, and treatment planning.

With a focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes, you'll work closely with our trained support team to ensure seamless care and excellent patient satisfaction. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in continuing education and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, and root canals.
  • Diagnose oral diseases, abnormalities, and conditions through comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic tools.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and discuss them with patients, ensuring their understanding and consent.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventative care, and post-treatment instructions.
  • Collaborate with a team of dental professionals to provide integrated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment notes.
Requirements
  • A DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure to practice dentistry in the state where you'll be working, or the ability to obtain licensure upon graduation.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification.
  • A deep passion for dentistry and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
