Nephrology Care Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a clinical leader in providing quality care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease.

As a Nephrology Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, while managing their unique treatment plans in a supportive team environment.

About the Role:

Deliver high-quality patient care in an outpatient dialysis center, focusing on patients with complex medical needs.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide empathetic and compassionate care to patients and their families, addressing their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical research and advancements in nephrology, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is preferred but not required.
  • At least 1 year of experience in nephrology or dialysis care.
