Job Overview

GBS Benefits, Inc. is a leading provider of employee benefits solutions, partnering with employers to design, negotiate, and manage benefits for their employees. We're seeking a skilled Renewal Analyst to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the editing and preparation of product renewal spreadsheets in Excel
  • Assist in the renewal process for clients, including requesting information from carriers and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead the fully insured quoting process for employer clients of various sizes and industries
  • Work closely with carrier partners to gather employer benefit options and pricing
  • Support brokers and client managers in analysis and review of benefit options
Requirements
  • Experience with a PC, proficient in MS Office, and Internet, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Expert ability to communicate effectively with others using written and spoken English
  • Expert ability to work under demanding time constraints and expectations
  • Expert project planning skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize, and control job responsibilities in order to meet deadlines
