Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial operations, including daily accounting practices, balance sheets, financial statements, general ledger, payroll, budgeting, and tax compliance.
- Coordinate and develop necessary accounting and statistical data across various departments.
- Assess and manage financial risks, conduct audits, create forecasts, and ensure adherence to financial commitments.
- Oversee the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and investment activities.
- Ensure effective cash flow management and availability of funds.
- Establish performance metrics that align with the company's strategic goals and monitor organizational performance.
- Implement and uphold financial controls and policies.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements by researching legislation and consulting with external advisors.
- Provide strategic financial advice to management regarding objectives and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Expertise in General Ledger, Financial Auditing, Cash Flow Management, and Financial Statements.
- Strong grasp of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate strategic vision into operational execution.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record in team management.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills.
- Experience managing multiple entities and complex financial transactions.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, confidence, and executive presence.
- Exceptional analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving capabilities.
