Job Overview

The Hilton Garden Inn Seattle North is on the lookout for a dedicated Facilities Operations Manager. This role is crucial for overseeing the maintenance and functionality of the hotel's physical assets, including both exterior and interior systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the upkeep of the entire hotel premises, including the structural integrity of the building, grounds, and all mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on the hotel's mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as general maintenance of facilities, furnishings, and outdoor areas.
  • Supervise life safety systems and utilities, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and local regulations to safeguard guests and staff.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required, or equivalent experience of 5 years in a related field.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Proficient in basic repair and maintenance skills, including carpentry, painting, and understanding blueprints.
