Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic efforts to increase referral rates and foster positive perceptions among both internal and external referral sources.
  • Design and implement customized outreach and marketing initiatives to meet established goals.
  • Exhibit outstanding time management, organizational, and communication abilities in a fast-paced work setting.
  • Evaluate referral metrics, oversee Daily Medical Records (DMR), and manage marketing campaigns proficiently.
  • Employ templates and software tools for effective lead tracking and management.
  • Build strong business relationships with local community organizations and businesses.
  • Work collaboratively with various operational teams to enhance interactions with physician offices and improve overall service delivery.
  • Maintain regular communication with referring providers through in-person visits, emails, and phone interactions.
  • Apply research-based strategies to enhance awareness and credibility.
  • Identify key referral sources and target demographics for focused engagement.

Desired Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related Healthcare field is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in a communication role within sales or marketing may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • A valid Driver's License is essential due to travel obligations.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area is required.
  • Ownership of a personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement available.
  • Strong organizational skills and time management proficiency are essential.
  • Familiarity with various computer applications is expected.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
