  • Efficiently deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests, maintaining prompt service.
  • Provide knowledgeable and spirited hospitality, fostering strong relationships with guests.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding our menu offerings and drink selections.
  • Proactively circulate throughout the assigned bar/lounge area to ensure exceptional guest service.
  • Accurately deliver drink orders in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Maintain cash handling procedures and ensure the integrity of the cash bank.
  • Adhere to all relevant alcoholic beverage laws and regulations.
  • Monitor for signs of intoxication to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
  • Complete side work at the beginning and end of each shift as required.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized, free from clutter and dirty glassware.
  • Polish glassware and maintain cleanliness of bar fixtures and coolers.

You possess strong communication skills and can stand for extended periods while lifting moderate weights.
