Case Reviewer

ISN Corporation is seeking an experienced Case Reviewer to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. As a Prime vendor, we are responsible for reviewing and assembling completed field reports of investigation (ROIs) for compliance with national standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Review ROIs to ensure stringent quality assurance standards, including coverage and accuracy with minimal oversight and guidance.
- Work to deadlines and guide cases to timely closure.
- Communicate regularly with field staff regarding any case items/issues.
- Assist with quality audits and maintain knowledge and familiarity with customer case requirements.
- Identify and track common trends for reopens and communicate trends to program team.
- Assist in identifying information that needs to be discussed with customer for clarification.
- Work closely with the program team and investigators to complete cases to client specifications and timeliness parameters.
- Active security clearance is required.
- May require proof of successful completion of a NIT approved reviewer/closer training course.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience minimum.
- Must be detail oriented, organized, with the ability to multi-task and troubleshoot.
- Must demonstrate ability to work well with others, lead effectively when needed, work independently, and manage multiple complex and time-critical activities simultaneously.
- Superior written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced skills in MS-Office products including MS-Word, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint.
