Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Chart Preparation: Ensure all patient charts are accurately prepared for visits, including pertinent records, test results, imaging, and referral information.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain adequate stock levels of medical supplies, injectables, and patient information materials in the clinic zones.
  • Patient Intake: Escort patients to exam rooms, complete intake documentation, and obtain necessary consents.
  • Assisting Physicians: Assist with injections, office procedures, and preparing prescriptions, excuse notes, and referrals.
  • Security and HIPAA Compliance: Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of patient data, adhering to state and federal regulations.
