Job Overview

Ryder is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team. This key role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment, buildings, and grounds.

The successful candidate will develop and implement programs to improve equipment life, reliability, and safety. They will supervise the Maintenance Department staff and manage the maintenance budget effectively.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in planning and scheduling in the transportation/warehousing industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring security systems and enforcing security policies and procedures.
  • Performing other duties as required by management.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $55,000 - $60,000 per year, plus benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance options.
