Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Caregiver Retention Specialist to join our team at Brio Living Services. This role is responsible for providing role-specific training to new CNA team members and offering occasional training support for new RCA team members.

The ideal candidate will have current certification as a CNA in the State of Michigan and at least 1 year of experience in a Lead CNA or Training role within a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Nurse Managers in conducting interviews for CNA candidates.
  • Coordinate shadowing experiences for prospective hires.
  • Create a welcoming environment for new team members.
  • Provide comprehensive training to new CNA team members.
  • Support the training and onboarding of new RCA team members.
  • Collaborate with the Quality department to ensure new staff have the necessary resources for success.
  • Work closely with HR on the Caregiver Career Pathway program.
  • Meet regularly with new team members to gather feedback.
  • Hold routine meetings with CNA and RCA mentors.
