Caregiver Retention Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Caregiver Retention Specialist to join our team at Brio Living Services. This role is responsible for providing role-specific training to new CNA team members and offering occasional training support for new RCA team members.
The ideal candidate will have current certification as a CNA in the State of Michigan and at least 1 year of experience in a Lead CNA or Training role within a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Nurse Managers in conducting interviews for CNA candidates.
- Coordinate shadowing experiences for prospective hires.
- Create a welcoming environment for new team members.
- Provide comprehensive training to new CNA team members.
- Support the training and onboarding of new RCA team members.
- Collaborate with the Quality department to ensure new staff have the necessary resources for success.
- Work closely with HR on the Caregiver Career Pathway program.
- Meet regularly with new team members to gather feedback.
- Hold routine meetings with CNA and RCA mentors.
