Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of clinical professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional services.
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of clinical and business operations.
  • Monitor and analyze clinical data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in clinical services.
Requirements
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field.
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis per BACB guidelines.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a clinical setting, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and improving client outcomes.
