Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze financial data to support business decisions, including monthly forecasting, annual planning, and multi-year planning.
  • Analyze growth and cost reduction initiatives, including capital projects, long-term agreements, and cost reductions.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business results, forecast, and outlook to identify business risks and opportunities.
  • Ensure delivery of financial commitments, drive process standardization initiatives, and assist with streamlining financial reporting processes.
  • Support and participate in ad-hoc analysis on business performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business from an accredited institution.
  • Experience in a manufacturing industry.
  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
    • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to evaluate options and implement solutions.
    • Ability to develop and manage processes that are effective and efficient.


  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Power BI.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP.
