- Adhere to hygiene protocols by wearing a hairnet and washing hands prior to food handling.
- Prepare the dishwashing area, organizing tubs for utensils and dishware.
- Maintain cleanliness by washing tables before service and cleaning dishes as required.
- Set dining tables with appropriate linens and utensils, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Check and replenish condiments and dining essentials such as salt, pepper, sugar, and jelly.
- Provide ice water and assist in serving beverages to residents.
- Support the culinary staff in delivering meals according to the daily table assignments.
- Assist in clearing and sanitizing tables post-meal.
