Delivering Exceptional Service as a Personalized Financial Planning Expert

Citizens Private Client Financial Advisors (PCFAs) deliver exceptional service to individuals and families by crafting customized financial plans and providing expert guidance.

In a supportive environment that prioritizes client success and personal growth, PCFAs collaborate with business partners and centers of influence to identify opportunities and nurture existing relationships.

Main Objectives:

  • Develop a high-quality wealth management practice centered around client-centric strategies.
  • Foster strong partnerships for client introductions and engagement.
  • Proactively promote Citizens Wealth Management capabilities.
  • Nurture relationships through partnership referrals.
  • Tailor wealth management planning to meet unique client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and specialists to deliver comprehensive services.

Key Requirements:

  • Series 7, 63, 65 (or 66) active and valid licenses.
  • A valid insurance license or must be obtained within 60 days.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Financial Advisor role or equivalent in financial services.
  • Demonstrated track record in new business development and client relationship management.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented consumer bank setting.
  • Familiarity with high-net-worth individual servicing.
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
