Job Summary

Compensation Package

This role offers a competitive salary of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
  • Plan and facilitate engaging activities to promote socialization and personal growth.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or HiSet.
  • Previous experience in a direct care role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
