About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at Orangetheory. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for greeting clients, presenting our fitness concept, and working at the front desk to ensure a seamless experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Onboarding: Greet every client with enthusiasm and energy, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Studio Tours and Introductions: Present our fitness concept to interested clients, showcasing the benefits of our science-based workout.
  • Front Desk Operations: Work at the front desk, answering phones, and handling member inquiries in a professional and objective manner.
  • Sales and Marketing: Sell memberships to help our studio thrive, participate in marketing events, and follow up with prospective clients.
  • Studio Maintenance: Ensure all areas of the studio are clean and organized, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our members.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a passion for fitness, and a positive attitude. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and be comfortable with technology.
