Job Summary:

The Department of Urology at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health seeks a urologist with fellowship training in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery to join a team dedicated to providing state-of-the-art medical and surgical care to women with complex pelvic conditions, lower urinary tract disorders, and pelvic floor dysfunction. This position will provide opportunities for academic growth, research, and training the next generation of physicians.

Responsibilities:
  • 80% clinical duties include office visits, ambulatory procedures, state-of-the-art surgery, and call.
  • 20% academic responsibilities include teaching medical students, residents, and other trainees, development of a focused clinical research program, dissemination of findings through publications in peer-reviewed journals and presentations at regional and national urology and subspecialty meetings, and institutional service appropriate to rank.
Requirements:
  • Completion of FPMRS Fellowship required.
  • Must have board certification or board eligibility in Urology through the American Board of Urology.
  • Must be eligible for enrollment as a UW Health billing provider and all necessary hospital privileges.
