Job Description

Purpose and Job Summary

ORIX USA is seeking a candidate to support the Internal Audit team. This position will be located in our Dallas office. The successful candidate will meet deadlines, work professionally with teams, and fulfill essential duties.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist with routine audit work, including pulling support, scanning test work, and uploading documents into TeamMate.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as procurement, payment entry, report preparation, and scheduling meetings.
  • Conduct basic audit testing.
  • Provide assistance to department heads and members, including domestic and international travel.
  • Process and track expense reports.
  • Maintain good relationships with internal managers, employees, and external clients.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.
Contacts

This position has frequent contact with all levels of employees and managers. It may also interact with outside business partners and vendors.

Education, Skills & Experience
  • Current undergraduate students majoring in accounting or finance.
  • Possess a strong desire for a career in audit and relevant coursework.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and other specialized technology.
  • Deadline-driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Learns quickly and independently.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Excellent quantitative, analytical, and mathematical skills.
  • Ability to adjust priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
