Guest Experience Specialist

This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for shelter guests, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent customer service. The Guest Experience Specialist will be the first point of contact for new guests and will be responsible for orienting them to the shelter.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to diverse populations. They will also be able to maintain accurate records, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and orient new guests to the shelter
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Maintain accurate records and data entry
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Commitment to providing exceptional service to diverse populations
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience
