Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to ensure accurate production.
  • Perform first-piece inspection and in-process quality checks, documenting all results.
  • Operate various equipment and machines, including power tools and measuring devices.
  • Assist with the training of new employees and follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team-based environment, emphasizing quality, performance, cross-training, and accountability.
  • Meet or exceed productivity requirements and consistently satisfy quality standards.
  • Set up equipment and perform simple adjustments and minor setup of dies.

Requirements:

  • Ability to operate small hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions, inspection procedures, and product appearance standards.
  • Ability to work from engineering drawings and specifications.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged standing and walking.
  • Some lifting (not to exceed 50 lbs.) is required.
  • Some daily computer work is required.
