We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Life Skills Coach to join our team at Intercept Health. As a Life Skills Coach, you will play a vital role in supporting young adults, ages 17-21, as they prepare for successful transition into the community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to residents in developing money management skills, obtaining employment, completing their education, and learning daily living skills.
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of the resident transitional living plan.
- Assist with life skills learning, transportation, and administrative duties.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in any field, plus two years of experience in providing case management services to children and families.
- Or a human service Bachelor's degree (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Special Education, etc.) with experience providing case management services to children/youth and their families.
- Or a human service Master's degree (Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Special Education, etc.) with a student placement providing case management services to children/youth and their families.
