Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and caring professionals to join our team of Home Care Aides. As a Home Care Aide with Care America, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients, providing non-medical home care services and support with daily activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide non-medical home care services, including assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), companionship, and recreational activities.
  • Assist with personal care, including bathing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
  • Support clients with walking and transferring, as needed.
  • Prepare and serve meals, ensuring clients receive proper nutrition and hydration.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, up to 20% of total weekly hours.
  • Administer first aid and infection control measures, as necessary.
  • Provide supervision and medication reminders, as required.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the US (compliant with Form I-9).
  • HCA registration and fingerprint clearance (we will assist with this requirement).
  • TB clearance.
  • Physically and mentally able to perform the essential functions of the job.
