About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to serve as an Escrow Assistant to support our Escrow Processing Team for all aspects of real estate transactions for Best Homes Title Agency and BHT Commercial Title & Escrow Services to maintain our current clientele and support our business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and be a team player with a high attention to detail, time management, and the desire to provide "best in class" customer service with an out-going personality to match.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Escrow Processing Team in all aspects of real estate transactions
  • Review Title Commitment, gather transactional information for the preparation of escrow packages, and provide overall support for the Escrow Processing Team
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and internal staff members
  • Knowledge of technology including common business software platforms as well as common title and escrow software systems used by the title insurance industry
  • Additional duties as may be assigned by Manager
