Job Summary

As a key member of our Sales Operation Center team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our school buses. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail, as you will be inspecting and repairing buses to meet factory specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect buses to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, company standards, and customer requirements.
  • Identify and repair damaged or misbuilt body parts, using welding, sanding, and refinishing equipment as needed.
  • Use professional painting equipment to repaint prepared surfaces and ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Document all repairs and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Stay up-to-date with federal, state, and local regulations associated with body shops and paint operations.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in body work and paint in the automotive, truck, and/or bus industry.
  • ASE Collision Repair or Refinishing Technician certification (preferred).
  • Class B CDL with School bus and Air Brake Endorsement, or the ability to obtain within the first year of employment.
  • Excellent communication and customer relation skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
