  • Participate in committees and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and administrative reports.
  • Provide direct care to residents as needed.
  • Ensure regular attendance and punctuality at the worksite.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
  • Must be a licensed LPN with a current license in the state of Missouri.
  • Must possess strong organizational and time-management skills.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other personnel to achieve common goals.
