Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled Neonatologist to join our team in Las Cruces, NM. As a Neonatologist with Pediatrix, you will have the opportunity to work with a strong team of experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) and provide high-quality care to newborns in our Level III NICU.
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical care to newborns in our Level III NICU
- Collaborate with NNPs and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in rounds and go model, with remaining on call for NNPs
- Option to rotate through Pediatrix-affiliated Level III or IV NICU in El Paso
- Support the development of our team and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Board Certified/Eligible Neonatologist
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
