About the RoleThis integrated healthcare delivery system includes two free-standing pediatric hospitals, over 800 providers, and a network of more than 60 primary and specialty care locations. Our team of geneticists and counselors work collaboratively to treat a wide range of patients with inherited or genetically influenced health issues.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with genetic disorders
- Collaborate with a well-established team of geneticists and counselors to provide comprehensive care
- Contribute to the development of new clinical services and research initiatives
- Engage in medical student and resident education, with opportunities for academic appointment at Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED)
To be considered for this role, candidates must have an MD or DO degree, board certification/eligibility in Clinical Genetics and Genomics or Medical Biochemical Genetics, and the ability to obtain an active medical license in the state of Ohio.
