Delmar Center is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Delmar, NY. As an LPN at Delmar Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and record patient information, including vital signs and health details.
- Administer medications and injections as needed, ensuring accurate dosages and patient safety.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, promoting patient comfort and well-being.
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and provide guidance on patient care.
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as dressing and personal hygiene.
- Monitor patient food and liquid intake and output, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- Valid LPN State license and good standing with the State Registry.
- Ability to work effectively as a team member, collaborating with colleagues to achieve patient care goals.
