Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team at The Springs at Wyandot Trail. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a full range of occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and promote independence.
  • Educate patients and their families on techniques and strategies for daily living activities, promoting self-care and empowerment.
  • Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve treatment goals.
Requirements
  • Current, valid state OT licensure or registration.
  • Current valid CPR certification, preferred.
  • Education: Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Experience: 0-1 years.
