Key Responsibilities
  • Shift Management: Oversee the efficient operation of dialysis shifts, ensuring timely start-ups and shutdowns, and monitoring patient care activities.

  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about End-Stage Renal Disease, dialysis therapy, diet, and medication, promoting self-care and empowerment.

Requirements
  • Education: Diploma or associate degree in Nursing (A.D.N.) and licensed to practice as a registered nurse.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a dialysis setting, preferably as a Charge Nurse or Shift Manager.
  • Certifications: CPR certification and proficiency in using medical equipment and software.
