ROLE OVERVIEW:
As a pivotal member of our Store Leadership Team, you will oversee daily operations to enhance customer service, drive sales, and boost profitability. Your leadership will be instrumental in executing marketing strategies that expand our customer base while maintaining high operational standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team to ensure exceptional service and quality that meets customer expectations.
  • Inspire and develop associates and keyholders to achieve both short-term and long-term career objectives.
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring expense control aligns with company guidelines to achieve profitability goals.
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring accuracy in both front and back-end processes.
  • Complete all necessary recordkeeping related to staffing, payroll, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions in a timely manner.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels through effective management and communication strategies.
  • Regularly update the Area/District Manager on market trends and employee performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in managing teams and leading departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
  • Proficient in operating Point of Sales (POS) systems and various software applications.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Active work environment requiring physical movement and the ability to lift items weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule that may vary based on business needs.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
