Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Abbott Laboratories. As a key member of our diagnostics field service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance to our customers in the laboratory environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting for Abbott Diagnostics products in the laboratory environment.
- Manage and drive the development of accounts according to strategic account plans, focusing on value expansion and economic profitability.
- Act as a trusted partner to existing customers, building promoters and achieving a targeted retention rate.
- Coordinate order, delivery, and billing, and responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.
- Bachelor's degree in Bio Medical, Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Medical Technology, or Commercial.
- Two to four years of experience in a laboratory environment, field service, technical call center, or directly with Abbott Diagnostics products.
- Experience providing technical product application and/or hardware support, interfacing with customers, and strong people management and communication skills.
