Job Summary
Medline Industries, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a ReNewal Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for growing and developing an assigned territory, calling on surgeons in their offices and in hospital operating room settings, and working with surgeons to demonstrate product and prepare quotations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and grow the territory
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, OR directors, and managers
- Present and demonstrate Medline's medical devices and other surgical products
- Prepare and deliver quotations for product
- Develop long-term relationships with customers and full-line sales people
- Prepare and maintain a territory plan
- Stay up-to-date on new products and technologies to present to surgeons and explain the medical and fiscal benefits
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of quota-based sales experience, or at least 5 years of quota-based sales experience
- Proven track record of sales growth and quota attainment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to drive a car, travel, and interact with healthcare providers on site
